Herbal Ingredients for Reducing Uric Acid

There are a lot of people who are suffering various kinds of sickness or disease. Many kinds of disease are very bothering so that the sufferers are not able to do a lot of activities that they have in their daily life.
From many diseases that many people suffer, uric acid is considered to be one disease that is troublesome. Uric acid is also called as gout. This brings the sufferers to get pain in their joints. The disease may come from foods that contain lots of acid and the acid which is not processed well will be piled up in the joint and it causes pain in that part of body. In order to get treatment for the disease, there are a lot of kinds of herbal ingredients that can be used to reduce the sickness. There are various ingredients which are valuable for treating uric acid.
- Pineapple (Ananas comosus L. Merr) – This fruit is very nice for treating uric acid. It is also easy to make it to be the potion for reducing uric acid. You can simply blend it to be juice drink. Drink it every morning and night to make it results well.
- Soursop (Annona muricata L) – This is another fruit which is valuable for treating uric acid. This fruit can just be consumed directly, or you can also make it juice to be drunk every morning and night.
- You can also make concoction from some herbal ingredients to cure uric acid or gout. You can take 10 pieces of bay and boil it in 700 cc of water. Filter the water from the bay and they you can just drink it while it is warm.
- Another concoction can be made with these kinds of ingredients. You can have a cut of cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), 5 grams of nutmeg (Myristica Fragrant Houtt), 5 grains of kapulaga (Amamum Campactum Soland), 5 grains of clove (Syzygium aromaticum), 200 grams of red cassava (Manihot esculenta), 10 grains of pepper (Piper Ningrum), 15 grams of red ginger (Zingiber officinale Linn), 200 cc of cow milk, and 1500 cc of water. Boil all the ingredients except for the milk until it leaves 500 cc then filter it and add the milk to be drunk.
